for the safety and health industry, providing a unique
environment for key professionals to keep up-to-date with
legislation and developments, source new products and services, and

Following on from the success of past years, this year's
conference is taking place on Tuesday 09 and Wednesday 10
October 2012 at the Barcelo Harrogate Majestic Hotel, HG1 2HU.
Make sure you save this date in your diary.
The event will once again be a two-day residential conference
for health and safety professionals from the food and drink
manufacturing industry.

National Safety Symposium 2012
Date: 2-4 September 2012
Location: Park Royal Hotel, Warrington. WA4 4SN
This will be the 37th National Safety Symposium.The theme for
the conference is "Building health and safety resilience in the
current climate".
While the conference is traditionally associated with local
authorities and public service bodies, it's now aimed at
anyone with occupational health and safety responsibilities
and interests from the public service, healthcare, education
or environmental and waste management sectors.

SHP IOSH Awards 2012
Date: 18 October 2012
Location: London Hilton on Park Lane. W1K 1BE
Organised by SHP, in partnership with IOSH, the awards
acknowledge individuals or organisations who have made significant
efforts to promote good health and safety practice. There are
thirteen categories and winners will be presented with their award
at a prestigious ceremony to take place on Thursday 18 October at
the London Hilton on Park Lane.
